Resignation Interview form is a type of questionnaire that is tailored to employees, who have decided to resign, for corporate or institutional improvement. The Questionnaire divided into the following sections:

  3. About company/organization values

Therefore, any information that is generally received by the Human Resources Manager is subjected to consideration and consultation with the relevant Department Manager for improving any sensitive conditions that could lead to further resignation.
