What is TimeSheet? TimeSheet is a table of recorded staff working day history including number working days, number of public holidays, number of staff leaves, and types of official leave provided by a company or organization.
In TimeSheet, you will need to have the following information:
- Public Holiday calendar: You should have this Administration Department and refill those public holidays in the timesheet to make notes.
- The number of official Annual Leave: This is a piece of important information. When you put the number of Annual Leave, all preceding annual leave formula is calculated automatically. In this example, there are 18 annual leave days.
Other types of leave such as Sick Leave, Special Leave, Paternity Leave, and Absent without payment also require the official number of those leaves.
